You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and the limited records we may be required to keep.
Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, and include the name, email address or phone number you used when booking so we can locate your record.
We will confirm receipt and action your request within a reasonable period (normally within 30 days). We may need to verify your identity before deleting data, to protect against fraudulent requests.
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, transaction and tax records for any deposit or payment. These are kept only for the period required by law and only for that purpose, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Card numbers are held by our payment provider (Stripe), not by us.
Staff accounts for our software are managed by the venue administrator. If you are a team member and want your account removed, contact your manager or email us at the address above.
